 Chief Wealth Management & Trust Officer (Sioux Falls, SD)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Wealth Management & Trust Officer to lead and grow our Wealth Management & Trust Department.

This senior leadership role reports directly to the President & CEO and serves as a member of the bank's executive management team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic growth and profitability of the Wealth Management & Trust Department.
  • Oversee trust operations, client relationships, and department staff.
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen referral partnerships.
  • Advise clients on trust and estate planning matters.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with auditors, examiners, and bank leadership to support operational excellence.
  • Represent the department on committees and support community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; law degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of trust industry experience required.
  • Banking experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, business development, and relationship management skills.

 Mortgage Loan Processor (Rock Rapids, IA)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to support our lending team by processing and coordinating mortgage loan files from application through closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare mortgage loan documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending guidelines and regulations.
  • Gather, review, and organize required documentation, including income verification, appraisals, title work, credit reports, and other underwriting materials.
  • Coordinate loan closings with borrowers, title companies, realtors, and internal staff while ensuring all deadlines are met. 
  • Prepare and review closing documents and complete post-closing activities, including funding, recording collateral document and maintaining loan files. 
  • Provide administrative support to loan officers and assist customer with loan-related questions, payments, and documentation. 
  • Support additional consumer, agricultural, and commercial loan processing activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
  • Knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in mortgage processing software and general office tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High school diploma, with a degree in finance or related field preferred
  • Previous finance or banking experience preferred
