Bill Pay

Conveniently and securely pay your bills through your Online Banking with Bill Pay- no stamp or trip to the post office required!

Must be enrolled in Online Banking to utilize Bill Pay. If you’re not already enrolled, do so now.  Bill Pay is free with one bill payment processed each month, otherwise there is a monthly charge of $4.95.

eStatements

Save paper, and clutter with our free eStatements for all your Frontier Bank accounts. You’ll have access to the same statement you’re currently receiving in the mail, but they’ll be more easily accessible located together in Online Banking, as well as you’ll receive them quicker without the mail delay.

To enroll, log in to Online Banking and complete the following steps:

• Choose the account(s) to enroll in electronic statements (go to Profile, find Electronic Statements and click Edit)
• Open the PDF Federal E-Sign Act Disclosure and Consent and make note of the confirmation code at the bottom
• Check the Federal E-Sign Act Box and type in the confirmation code
• Click Enroll

Notifi

Better manage your daily transactions with Notifi. Set up event based alerts directly through your Online Banking for free, and start receiving the information that is important to you immediately through text or email.

How to access Notifi:

• Log into your Online Banking
• Select "Alerts" from the menu in the top right of your screen
• Create and edit alerts under "Alert Options"
  • Balance alerts
  • Transaction alerts
  • Loan alerts
  • and more
• Select preferred contact method under "Contact Options"

Mobile Deposit

Have a check to deposit and can’t get to the bank? Deposit checks made out to you via your Frontier Bank Mobile Banking app anytime it’s convenient for you!

How it works

• Check must be payable to you, third party checks are not accepted
• Cut off time is 2PM CST
  • Mobile Deposits made prior to 2PM CST will be available on that business day.
• Endorse your check (If it’s not properly endorsed your deposit may be delayed or rejected.)
  
  • Sign Your Name
  • Write “For Mobile Deposit at Frontier Bank”
  • Add the date of the deposit
• Log in to your Mobile Banking App, select the “Deposit” icon from the menu options, select “Deposit a Check”
• Choose which account you’d like to deposit into and enter the amount of the check
• Select the "take a photo" button to take a picture of the front and back of the check
  • The app will auto capture a photo once in focus or provide suggestions to help focus and capture the image.
• Confirm deposit info looks correct and select "make deposit"
• Hold original check for 14 days. After 14 days and after the check has posted to your account write VOID on the check and destroy it.
