Business Bill Pay
Conveniently and securely pay your business’s bills through Business Online Banking with Bill Pay- no stamp or trip to the post office required!
Must be enrolled in Business Online Banking to utilize Bill Pay. If you’re not already enrolled, do so now by contacting your local Frontier Bank branch.
Bill Pay is free with one bill payment processed each month, otherwise there is a monthly charge of $4.95.
eStatements
Save paper, and clutter with our free eStatements for all your Frontier Bank business accounts. You’ll have access to the same statement you’re currently receiving in the mail, but they’ll be more easily accessible located together in Online Banking, as well as you’ll receive them quicker without the mail delay.
To enroll, log in to Online Banking and complete the following steps:
- Choose the account(s) to enroll in eStatements (go to Profile, find Electronic Statements and click Edit)
- Open the PDF Federal E-Sign Act Disclosure and Consent and make note of the confirmation code at the bottom
- Check the Federal E-Sign Act Box and type in the confirmation code
- Click Enroll
If you’re a Cash Management User, please contact your local Frontier Bank to get access to eStatements.

Mobile Deposit
Have a check to deposit and can’t get to the bank? Deposit checks made out to you via your Frontier Bank Mobile Banking app anytime it’s convenient for you!
How it works
- Check must be payable to you, third party checks are not accepted
- Review our Suggested Best Practices for tips on using Mobile Deposit
- Endorse your check (If it’s not properly endorsed your deposit may be delayed or rejected.)
- Sign Your Name
- Write “For Mobile Deposit at Frontier Bank”
- Add the date of the deposit
- Log in to your Mobile Banking App, select the “Deposit” icon from the menu options, select “New Mobile Deposit”
- Choose which account you’d like to deposit into and key in the amount of the check
- Take a picture of the front and back of your check, and submit the deposit
- Take photo in a well-lit area; with no shadows across the check
- Place the check on a solid dark background
- Keep your phone flat and steady above the check while taking photo and make sure image is not blurring before taking photo
- Ensure all four corners of the check are visible and MICR line on the bottom of the check is readable
- Confirm deposit
