Open Positions: 

  • Insurance & Real Estate Sales Officer (Rock Rapids, IA)
    • Major Initiatives:
      • Responsible for maintaining licenses for insurance sales and real estate brokerage through timely completion of continuing education credits.
      • Responsible for servicing insurance customer base.
      • Responsible for soliciting and developing new real estate and insurance sales.
      • Responsible for obtaining and maintaining product knowledge.
      • Responsible for real estate buyer and seller education.
      • Responsible for maintaining compliance with Iowa Real Estate Commission and the Iowa Insurance Division rules and regulations.
      • Participates in the insurance committee assignments and meetings.
    • Employment Standards 
      • Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
        Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
        • Possession of a BS degree Business preferred
        • Five years of Insurance & Real Estate experience desired
        • General sales or marketing experience desired
  • Commercial Banker (Sioux Falls, SD)
    • Develops, expands, and services a commercial loan portfolio. Position would require officers to solicit new business and grow their loan portfolio and customer base.
    • May assist with underwriting, establishes and negotiates terms under which credit will be extended including costs, repayment method/schedule, and collateral requirements.
    • Responsible for the cross-selling of bank’s services and products.
